Serving the Children of the World
Several times a year, our members gather for a steak fry and fellowship. Everyone brings something to the feast, and from time to time, we ask each other for a recipe.  The ones below are favorite dishes made by our members, spouses, and guests.

Raspberry - Pretzel Salad
Shared by Sue Mullen

Layer #1 - 2 1/2 C broken up pretzels
               1 1/2 cubes butter melted
Place pretzels in a 9 x 13 pan (glass).  Pour butter over top.  Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

Layer #2 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
               8 oz cool whip, thawed
               1 C sugar
Mix together and spread over cooled pretzels.  Be sure to seal edges with cream cheese mixture so the jello doesn't soak into pretzels.

Layer #3 - 6 oz pkg raspberry jello
               2 C boiling water
               2 bags frozen raspberries
1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained
Mix jello and boiling water.  Add berries and pineapple.  Pour over other mixture and let set.
